Welcome to the new year family! I hope your holidays were as filled with self-reflection, self-care, self-love & rest as mine were.
The start of 20-money-3 brings me to thinking about purpose ~a purpose I’ve felt since I was little and the purpose my human design has reiterated~ and what purpose this year is bringing.
As we talked about in last week's blog post, I'm focusing on being the embodiment of my most aligned self among the life lessons and the beliefs I’ve gathered along this journey.
Answering hard truths such as, “What's the point of it all?”.
Helping my clients answer the question I get posed so often… “What's my purpose here?”.
At the end of the day, I absolutely love helping women overcome money trauma to live a life filled with expansive wealth and personal fulfillment. But my purpose is deeper than that still.
My purpose – just like yours and every other being's purpose – is to be 100% fully and authentically true to myself and my energy.
This seems like a statement that's easy to live up to, but with all the
Conditioning
Mindset Blocks
Fears & Resistance
we come up against, we have to wonder "Am I actually being true to myself, regardless of any perceived conditioning?".
And everytime we fully accept ourselves in one area, another area of growth opens up so that all we can do is continue to love ourselves and give ourselves grace through situations and trials as we heal, progress, and grow towards our true self.
We get it backwards sometimes, thinking that hard work or achievement is the way to feel fulfilled or worthy of everything we want in life. But in reality, it's the other way around.
When we love ourselves and accept ourselves for who we were always meant to be, (the 'good', the 'bad'; any and all parts), we realize that we are already fulfilled and worthy. Desires stop being about what we don't have and about expanding what we do have.
That's our theme for this month. Love as our attraction frequency. Not achievements. Not anything else. Just love.
Loving ourselves for exactly who we are. For who we want to be. For who we've been.
Regardless of if the past version of you has done things you wouldn't now, or having made mistakes you wish you could've avoided or seen the red flags on.
All of it has happened for a reason. And all of it has led you here to who you are now.
And that's exactly who you need to be to step into your embodiment fully. Your unique design.
So keep that in mind this month as we continue down this path exploring the frequency of love.
And maybe take some time to forgive yourself and your past. You can even use ho'oponopono to meditate with and write down all the things that you've held onto that you're ready to forgive in this new year (here’s a link to a short video explaining ho’oponopono).
You have and always do the best you can with what you have at the time.
It's time to stop punishing yourself and forgive your past so you can move forward and truly accept wealth and money into your life along with accepting yourself as a whole being who is worthy of love, abundance and expansion.
