Life is an emotional roller coaster, right? Well, here is where the solar plexus center plays a role in regulating our emotions as we play this game called life.
In my human design, my solar plexus is undefined, and that means experiencing fluctuations in emotions, and more importantly, making decisions from a place of neutrality, not extreme highs or lows. (It is not lost on me that this particular center comes on the week of the 2nd Super Full Moon of August!)
Now, this chapter within the blog journey started with me explaining how I leaned into my human design to navigate the dark night of the soul I experienced in June, but now that my grandmother passed a few weeks ago, I’ll touch a little bit on me moving through that grief as well.
I have gate 36 defined in my solar plexus center. This is my only defined gate in this center and is the Gate of Crises so knowing this…knowing that I can generally cope with crises and life turbulence better than most, I let myself experience the emotions as they came up around what I was dealing with on a day-to-day basis, and mourning my grandmother.
This gate also means many times having lack of compassion for oneself and that is definitely true when it comes to that inner critic voice. The ironic thing is that I am your favorite cheerleader’s cheerleader, BUT not so nice to myself so I have worked extremely hard over the last year to give myself grace and pat myself on the back too! Especially when dealing with hardships. You know I say all of the time that I’m my biggest client!
