Let’s dive into how I leaned into my throat center in my human design during my dark night of the soul.
The throat center is our center of manifestation. It’s how we speak things into existence that is dictated by the root center actions we take on a daily basis along with the ajna center perceptions & head center thoughts we think.
When I was going through this experience, I wanted to ground back into a spiritual practice that I could do daily to capture how I was feeling so I turned to journaling, but having a defined throat center, I realized that it felt good to vocalize what I was experiencing and I started recording my journaling, so that if I want in the future I could go back and actually hear the emotion and inflection in my tone.
The sadness.
The happiness.
All of the things and these daily “jourdios” I called them have been one of the most exciting parts of my day. It’s also helped me to use my gate 56, the gate of storytelling, in my defined throat center, which carries over to my client sessions because there are so many things that drop in while I am recording my jourdios which I then share with my clients to help guide them on their manifestation/moneyfestation journey.
If you don’t already have a journaling practice or you’ve been called to it but like me, just never was consistent with journaling, you may want to try out audio journaling aka jourdios.
As far as I know, I’ve made that word up lol but it has really shifted so much for me being able to express in this way, and I hope the same for you! This is such an important time as we experience the Lionsgate Portal on 8/8 when the veil thins and we have an opportunity to shift out of old money stories into the prosperity that is our birthright!
