As you know from our most recent weeks of blogs, we take in a lot of energy and facilitate it through our openness. But sometimes, that energy gets stuck especially if you have had a traumatic experience because trauma lives in the body.
Even if you don't think or feel like you need to do this, I urge you to at least this energy release to see how your body feels afterwards.
So today, here's a quick EFT Tapping guide to release some of that past stuck energy.
Before you start, it may help to write down on a scale of 1 to 10 what level of stress or stagnant energy you feel (including around money) and record your answer after so you can see the difference it made!
Here are the EFT Tapping points. What you'll do is tap, literally, with 2 fingers (not too hard), on each of these points from point 1 to point 9. And you'll switch the point with each phrase.
This will only take a minute or two, so it'll be quick!
Tap on the Karate Chop and say: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I completely love, honor, and forgive myself"
Tap on the top of your head: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I forgive myself for holding onto this energy"
Tap the inner eyebrow: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I love myself for protecting me"
Tap the temples/side of eye: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I'm so proud of the person I've become"
Tap the under eye: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I'm open to love and happiness"
Tap the cupids bow/under nose: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I did the best I could with the situation I had"
Tap just below the bottom lip: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I love myself for who I am"
Tap the upper chest bone: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I'm releasing any stuck or stagnant energy from the past"
Tap the under arm (where your bra strap would be): "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I'm releasing any energy that is no longer needed"
Tap the top of your head: "Even though I've had a traumatic experience, I completely love, honor, and forgive myself and release this energy"
How do you feel after doing that? How does your body feel? What's going on in your mind?
Do you feel more at peace?
Feel free to repeat this as many times as you'd like! I’ve tapped 7 times, 3 times…whatever feels good for you! And you can switch out any of the phrases for your own too.
This is a super quick and easy way to release anything lingering in your energy from the past or from the present.
